Jennifer Lawrence Is On the Hunt For a Tribeca Apartment

Here's a bit of celebrity real estate rumormongering for the day: Jennifer Lawrence, star of The Hunger Games and X-Men: Apocalypse and current Hollywood It-girl, has reportedly been shopping for apartments in Tribeca. She was allegedly shopping not long ago with Million Dollar Listing New York star Fredrik Eklund, and now, the Post reports that she checked out a penthouse apartment at 140 Franklin Street in Tribeca with another Elliman broker.

The building has only 12 apartments, and the one J. Law apparently checked out is a 4,000-square-foot penthouse with a private roof deck, a chef's kitchen, custom finishes and fixtures, and a lovely skylight that lets plenty of light into the space. Another bonus: It's close to Lawrence's sometimes bestie Taylor Swift.
